balanced stay, some issues
good location free parking outdoor pool unhelpful staff different hotel no refund
the location was good. the walk to the historical city centre took around 20 minutes. there was free parking on the hotel grounds, that was spacious. the outdoor pool area was nice, though i did not use it during my october stay.
the staff was not always helpful and sometimes dismissive. i was moved to a different hotel. the alternative hotel had worse facilities and cost less, with no refund offered.

underwhelming stay , issues encountered
drab room noisy ventilation
the room i got looked nothing like the pictures online , it was pretty drab. i was also next to some kind of ventilation system , so it was noisy. the staff didn't seem to care much when i mentioned it , so that was disappointing.

The hotel offers ample parking. It was easy to find a space. The on-site restaurant provided amazing views. The hotel location allowed convenient access to the castle area. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The tv had limited channels, and the remote control did not work properly, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The quadruple room included extra pillows and blankets. This was very helpful. The room was spacious with adequate storage. The cleaning staff maintained the room well, fulfilling every request promptly. I am thankful.

The breakfast service featured fresh options. I found it satisfying. The staff always assisted happily. This. The receptionist helped extend my stay. I appreciated their effort.
